  • We will contact all vendors and coordinate timeline for day of 
  • Timelines- Creation and distribution of timelines to vendors, bridal party and family members 
  • Complete supervision of all day of activities, support bridal party and work up to 10 hours 
  • Decorating Services - Set up & tear down 
  • Rehearsal - Conduct rehearsal 
  • Gift Handling 
  • Vendor payments as needed

Twine Package 

Partial - Service Wedding Consulting 
With this package you have gotten started with the planning process and have some vendors booked but need help pulling it all together. Once you book us we will help secure any additional vendors, layout, logistics and design. 
This package includes: 
  • Unlimited email and phone consultations 
  • In person meetings as needed 
  • Professional Planning - Assistance with planning for your wedding ceremony and reception 
  • Vendor Referrals - Qualified connections with the right vendors for your wedding
  • Vendor Liaison - Point of contact for every vendor you'll be using
  • Decorating Services - Set up, tear down, design plans, decoration ideas, walkthroughs, floorplan
  • Day of Services - Complete supervision of all day of activities, vendors and support bridal party. Work up to 12 hours
  • Timelines- Creation and distribution of timelines to vendors, bridal party and family members 
  • Rehearsal - Conduct rehearsal

Our most popular package, we help you from day one! Together we create the look and feel for your wedding ceremony and reception. We will help you with all the details and make your special day gorgeous.
This package includes: 
  • Unlimited Consultations - in person, phone and email
  • Unlimited planning - Full assistance with every aspect of planning for your wedding ceremony and reception 
  • Vendor Referrals - Qualified connections with the right vendors for your wedding
  • Vendor Liaison - All contract negotiations and point of contact for every vendor you'll be using for your wedding day
  • Budget Breakdown and Tracking - Preliminary plan for your wedding budget and monitoring of all payments 
  • Decorating Services - Set up, tear down, design plans, decoration ideas, walkthroughs, floorplan
  • Day of Services - Complete supervision of all day of activities, vendors and support bridal party
  • Timelines- Creation and distribution of timelines to vendors, bridal party and family members 
  • Rehearsal - Conduct rehearsal and do any preliminary work required for the Big Day
  • Rental Returns and Pick up - Obtain and return any items to any rental vendor, as in cake, tuxedos or linens (does not include delivery of large items typically handled by delivery trucks)

  • Unlimited planning - Full assistance with every aspect of planning for your wedding ceremony and reception 
  • Vendor Referrals - Qualified connections with the right vendors for your wedding
  • Vendor Liaison - All contract negotiations and point of contact for every vendor you'll be using for your wedding day
  • Budget Breakdown and Tracking - Preliminary plan for your wedding budget and monitoring of all payments 
  • Decorating Services - Set up, tear down, design plans, decoration ideas, walkthroughs, floorplan
  • Day of Services - Complete supervision of all day of activities, vendors and support bridal party
  • Invitations - Addressing, preparation, ordering, tracking RSVPs (Does not include costs of the invitations and postage)
  • Additional Staffing & Assistants - if any assistants are needed for day of, rehearsal and planning phases
